UPS Ground Delivery
See map below. UPS defines business days as Monday through Friday,
excluding major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days, and there is not delivery on Saturdays
or Sundays.
 Payment Methods If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so
by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American
Express and PayPal for online orders. You may also call 1-877-582-2525 to make an order over the phone.
If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business
days after we receive your check.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email
address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.
This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates,
billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Return Policy
Your
satisfaction and our reputation are very important. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply call us at 1
877 582-2525 to obtain a return authorization code. Then return the complete item to us for a prompt, courteous refund or replacement.
This shipping option provides
2 business day delivery to any U.S. destination. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days and there is no delivery on Saturday or Sundays under this option.
Ordering cut-off is 12 PM EST. Cost is $19.95 per product. UPS 2 Day Air Saturday Delivery
This
option provides Saturday delivery by noon to most U.S. destinations. Orders will be shipped on Thursdays and delivered
on Saturday, excluding major holidays. Ordering cut-off is 12 PM EST on Thursday. Cost is $23.95 per product. UPS Next Day Air Saver
This option provides next business day delivery by 3PM to any commercial
destination and by the end of the day for residential destination. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding
major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days and there is no delivery on these days. Ordering
cut-off is 12 PM EST. Cost is $29.95 per product.
Local Delivery
All orders received by 12 PM EST Monday through Friday can be delivered locally
in Spartanburg, SC on the same day. Any orders received after 12 PM EST will be delivered the next business day.
Local delivery is free of charge.
Shipment Times
All orders received Monday through Friday
before 12 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will ship the next business day.
We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Deliver Guaranteed Timeframe
If for some reason your
UPS Ground, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air is not received by the guaranteed delivery date, we will refund the shipping charges,
minus a $2.00 boxing fee. This does not apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.
Apartment Delivery
It is the UPS driver discretion whether to leave a package without a signature
at apartment addresses. This can lead to delivery delays, for which we are not responsible. We recommend that
you do not have your package shipped to an apartment address.
Hot Weather Shipping Guarantee
During the summer months (June, July and August), we will guarantee
your shipment against hot weather damage only if the following conditions apply: 1) You must add a cold pack for
each product that you order. 2) The shipping method is UPS Next Day Air Saver or the shipping method is UPS
Ground when the package can arrive within 1 Business day. (This does not include shipping on Friday). You must live
within the yellow section to choose Ground delivery. (See shipping map above). NOTE: If you do not follow the
conditions as outlined above and you still want to purchase our products during these months, we will substitute some or all
of the chocolate in your bouquet. This will help in reducing the possibility of hot weather damage. If you want
to take the risk on shipping your product in hot weather months without substitution, please call to let us know.
Other Information
If you provide us with the wrong address or incomplete address then your order will
not be guaranteed. UPS charges us a $10 fee to correct the error and forward the package to the correct address, which
will be charged to your credit card.
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship outside of
the U.S. We cannot ship to APOs or FPOs.
